i thought it was just going to be a one-off thing - and for awhile it was, but the more i got to know you and understand you the more i realized just how much i connect to you.

i appreciate that day more than any other day because i was gifted with meeting someone as amazing as you.

you mean the world to me, and i wouldn't be the person i am today if i hadn't met you on that random day.

i owe you the world for all of the things you've done for me, all the times you've stuck out for me, all the times you lended your own hand to make sure i would be okay.

if there ever comes a day where we have to separate; which i hope never comes, let it be known my time was not wasted with you.

i will forever be grateful for that random day we met, you are the reason i look forward to waking up each and every morning.

knowing even during the roughest moments, the most vulnerable times for me that i'll still have you is all the reassurance i could ever ask for.
